Wales Glass Replacement
Our client came to us with this high level glass replacement unsure of a method of replacement. After a site visit by our surveying team, we developed a full comprehensive plan to safely conduct the replacement.
- Difficult Access required a combination of fixed scaffold, MEWP and IRATA trained Rope Access Technicians
- Specialist MEWP with modification for vacuum suction lifting attachment enabled us to manoeuvre glass
- Works were conducted out of hours on a weekend to minimise disruption to building tenants

London High Level Glass Replacement
A high level glass replacement was required to this London Office Block to a curtain walling system.
- Counter balanced floor crane set up at roof level as an alterative to crane and road closures
- In-house IRATA Rope Access Technicians
- Glass match procured from European Supply Chain
Residential Property
Midlands high Level Glass Replacement
A Block Management company required us to assist with the replacement of this cassette style glazing system.
- Difficult Access meant traditional cranes could not be used so counter balanced floor crane was utilised at roof level
- Isolation zone set up internally and beneath the works area
- Specialist vacuum suction lifter used
